TERMS OF USE AND SALE
These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering and paying for goods offered on our website.
The supplier (Seller) of the goods is Daxintimo DOO Sjenica.
A buyer of goods is a web shop visitor who selects at least one product, puts it in the basket, pays by payment card, cash to the courier or at the post office and sends the order to the Seller. Through the web shop www.daxintimo.rs, the customer can purchase all products that are on the Seller's website.
The owner of the website is DAXINTIMO DOO, with headquarters at Naserova Street 21, Sjenica 36310 (registry number 21038270, PIB 108633665).
All prices on the website are shown with VAT included.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. The displayed prices in the web shop are valid exclusively for online purchases.

- ORDERING
Products are ordered through the website and are irrevocable. If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, he will deliver the available ones from the selected products, and he will inform the Customer by e-mail (telephone) indicating the delivery of the remaining products. With the delivery of those products, they will send the Customer an e-mail within the stipulated period for the delivery of the remaining products.

During delivery, the goods can be paid to the courier only in cash.
Payment card
The Buyer will pay the ordered products with delivery costs (if any) to the Seller by payment card.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern technology. Data security when purchasing with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Dina cards is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Corvus Pay, so the entire payment process is performed on the pages of the HPP integrator Corvus Pay. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
All product prices are clearly stated on the website and include taxes. Postage costs are also clearly displayed. The cost of postage may vary depending on the total amount of the order.
