If you bought the goods in an online store, when picking up the package, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If you received the package and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the account is not correct, please contact us no later than 24 hours after receiving the package.

If there are non-compliances with the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please contact us.

In the shortest possible time, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the written or electronic complaint, we will respond to the complaint and inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving a complaint is 14 days from the moment of its submission.


In the case of returning the goods to the customer who previously paid for the goods to the courier, you. cash on delivery, the cost of returning the goods is not borne by (trader's name), but the cost is borne by the buyer.
