Substitution

The consumer has the right to exchange the purchased products for the same products in other sizes or to exchange the purchased products for other products within the legal period of 14 days from the moment the goods were delivered to him, only if the purchased items are undamaged, unused and have the original label on them.
If other products are more expensive than the products that need to be replaced, the difference must be paid. If other products are cheaper than the products that need to be replaced, Dax Intimo will pay you the difference.

The procedure for exchanging an item is as follows:

1) Write on a blank piece of paper which items you want to exchange for what. It is necessary to specify the names of the items, colors and sizes.
2) Pack the piece of paper together with the items.
3) Send the invoice in A4 format (with QR code).
4) Send the package by the courier service of your choice to the following address:

Note: Some post offices require that when specifying the address, the name and surname of the natural person should be specified first, and only the Daxintimo company at the end.

4) Upon receipt of your package, we will process the replacement and send you the replacement as soon as possible.

5) You bear the shipping costs in both directions when exchanging items, unless we made a mistake during packaging. In that case, we bear the shipping costs in both directions.

Note: If you send the items by post and do not pay the shipping costs to us, we will be forced to refuse to collect the package.

Return of goods

Article 27, paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 88/2021) stipulates:
"The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises within 14 days, without giving reasons and without additional costs."

If you want to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods, you can do so by sending a request in written form (with information: name and surname, address, telephone, current account number) to the email: daxintimo.onlineshop@gmail.com or by filling out the withdrawal form from contract by clicking on the link and sending it to the email: daxintimo.onlineshop@gmail.com.
You are not obliged to state the reason for canceling the purchase.

The declaration of withdrawal from the contract takes legal effect from the day it is sent to Dax Intimo and is considered timely if it is sent within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered. At the end of the specified period, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

Once the request has been sent, you can pack the goods and send them to the address:

You send the goods by the courier service of your choice.

You bear the cost of postage.

Along with the items, you are required to send the invoice in A4 format (with QR code) that you received from us, so that we can refund the money.

Note: You pay the postage for sending your goods, unless we made a mistake during the packaging.
If you send a package for a refund and do not pay the postage to us, we will be forced to refuse to collect the package.


The goods you are returning MUST be undamaged and in the same condition as when they were sent by Dax Intimo. If it is visible on the goods that they have been worn, that the labels have been removed and put on, Dax Intimo is not obliged to return the money, but only the postage for returning the goods back to the customer.

If the goods are correct (undamaged), we refund the entire amount of the returned products within 14 days to the current account that you specify in writing or on the contract withdrawal form.

REFUND OF PAID FUNDS

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Daxintimo doo is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dinacard payment methods. , which means that at the seller's request, the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user's account.
