DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

The offer and prices on our website are updated on a daily basis. All prices are expressed in dinars with VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated (in the case of promotions and special discounts). The prices are valid at the time of creation of the order and have effect and validity for the following period as well. The listed prices are valid only for purchases in the online store and may differ from the prices in the Seller's retail stores.

Products ordered through the Dax Intimo webshop are sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the event that due to high interest and demand for the item in your basket, the desired item cannot be delivered due to limited stock, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.

Shipments are delivered by the Post Express courier service. The cost of delivery is 300 dinars for goods whose total value is below 3,000 dinars. For goods whose value is greater than 3,000 din, delivery costs are borne by Dax Intimo.
NOTE: The time and deadline for the delivery of shipments do not depend on us, but exclusively on the courier service (in this case, Post Express).

When your order is packed and delivered to the courier service, you will receive an email notification that the shipment has been sent. The courier service delivers the parcel to the specified address the day after collection, in the period from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The courier service will inform you about the arrival of the shipment via Viber or SMS.

The courier will try twice to deliver the package. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, the courier will call you on the phone number you left when ordering and arrange a new delivery date with you. If even then the delivery is not successful, the shipment will be directed to the nearest post office and you will be able to pick it up within the next 5 days from the arrival of the shipment at the nearest post office.

When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product is damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is apparently undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier's address book.

Payment methods

During delivery, the goods can be paid to the courier only in cash.

Payment card
The Buyer will pay the ordered products with delivery costs (if any) to the Seller by payment card.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern technology. Data security when purchasing with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Dina cards is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Corvus Pay, so the entire payment process is performed on the pages of the HPP integrator Corvus Pay. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

All product prices are clearly stated on the website and include taxes. Postage costs are also clearly displayed. The cost of postage may vary depending on the total amount of the order.
